In these works, intention and chaos intertwine. Intent is expressed through the modelling of form and the application of colour. Chaos, the second element in every movement, manifests as a paradox… a different kind of order; something not easily understood, something untamed by calculation.
This unpredictability is part of the nature of being and cooperates with personal and collective will. A Zen koan of textures, irregularity, colour, and asymmetry.
